| Resumen : | Podemos expresar que Teletrabajo es una modalidad de esfuerzo laboral no en una oficina de ladrillos o concreto a como se conoce hoy en día la oficina tradicional el trabajo remoto esta en todas nuestras labores pertinentes a la vanguardia esta era digital en este momento. Como las herramientas tecnológicas está en un cambio constante llámese tecnologías, formalidades, negocios digitales y más. El Teletrabajo en esta era es una de las herramientas que los gobiernos y empresas privadas llámese Micro o PYMES esta explotando en evolución a su fuerza laboral para poder sobrevivir al COVID-19 también llamado como Novel Coronavirus o SARS-Cov-2. En esta exploración se procura valorar los instrumentos tecnológicos que han transmutado el paisaje analógico una fuerza mayor por la necesidad de poder sobrevivir el cierre de fronteras locales, internacionales, continentales, marítimos y hasta aéreos manifestando las cadencias o problemas en el sector público y privado con la evolución del Teletrabajo y sus herramientas notorias en donde hasta las empresas de servicios virtuales tienen que mejorar los protocolos de seguridad. La averiguación es representada para manifestar atmosferas de diferentes opciones para el teletrabajo. Los hallazgos procuran instruir el contexto presente más como se puede complementar. Concluyentemente la intención es brindar conocimiento sobre las diferentes opciones que esta disponibles hoy en día tomando la inclusión como factor determinante. |
| Descripción : | Abstract Context: We can express that Teleworking is a form of work effort not in a brick or concrete office as the traditional office is known today, remote work is in all our pertinent tasks at the forefront of this digital age at this time. As the technological tools are in constant change, call them technologies, formalities, digital businesses and more. Teleworking in this era is one of the tools that governments and private companies call themselves Micro or SMEs is exploiting its workforce in evolution in order to survive COVID-19, also called as Novel Coronavirus or SARS-Cov-2. In this exploration, an attempt is made to assess the technological instruments that have transmuted the analogical landscape due to the need to survive the closure of local, international, continental, maritime and even air borders, manifesting the cadences or problems in the public and private sectors with the evolution of Teleworking and its notorious tools where even virtual service companies have to improve security protocols. Inquiry is represented to manifest atmospheres of different options for teleworking. The findings seek to instruct the present context more as it can complement. In conclusion, the intention is to provide knowledge about the different options that are available today, taking inclusion as a determining factor. |
