dc.descriptionAbstract Context: This research was carried out in order to help the Department of Information Technology of the Municipality of Carthage, to convert an intelligent city, through the proposal to develop a system of multifunctional posts for the Eastern and Western districts of the province. In the city the same problems that affect the whole country are presented in the same way, currently the Carthaginians are facing great difficulties in security and technological lag issues with respect to first world cities. Since the Municipality does not have a system of multifunctional posts, little has been done to improve the situation around the aforementioned problems, the results have not been as expected by society; This is why the execution of a proposal as indicated in this work is necessary. Finally, it was possible to expose the implementation strategy, which contemplates the proposal, to be carried out in the Eastern and Western districts when complying with the exposition of the strategy, however, the execution of the proposal will be carried out by the Department of Technologies of the Information of the Municipality of Carthage.en_US
dc.description.abstractEsta investigación fue realizada con el fin de ayudar al Departamento de Tecnologías de la Información de la Municipalidad de Cartago, para convertir una ciudad inteligente, por medio de la propuesta de desarrollo de un sistema de postes multifuncionales para los distritos Oriental y Occidental de la provincia. En la ciudad de igual manera se presentan los mismos problemas que afectan a todo el país, en la actualidad los cartagineses atraviesan grandes dificultades en los temas de seguridad y rezago tecnológico con respecto a las ciudades de primer mundo. Al no contar la Municipalidad con un sistema de postes multifuncionales es poco lo que se ha podido hacer para mejorar la situación alrededor de los problemas antes mencionados, los resultados no han sido lo esperado por la sociedad; es por esto por lo que la ejecución de una propuesta como la indicada en este trabajo es necesaria. Finalmente se logró exponer la estrategia de implementación, la cual contempla la propuesta, para realizarlo en los distritos Oriental y Occidental al cumplir con la exposición de la estrategia, sin embargo, la ejecución de la propuesta será realizada por parte del Departamento de Tecnologías de la Información de la Municipalidad de Cartago.en_US
