Habilidades de expresión oral requeridas para el proceso oral

Abstract

El proceso oral requiere la habilidad de la expresión oral, la cual incluye la oratoria, la retórica, el lenguaje corporal y los signos no verbales. En el curso de Comunicación Oral y Escrita se realizó un estudio en San José, San Ramón de Alajuela, Heredia, Cartago y Limón con 100 abogados litigantes y 50 jueces, hombres y mujeres, entre 35 y 55 años. El resultado se afectó por la falta de preparación de la teoría del caso, la argumentación incoherente, el alegato improvisado, la falta de oratoria, la retórica y el manejo inadecuado del lenguaje corporal. Se evidenció que estos aspectos competen a la formación universitaria y constituyen una carencia en los currículos.

Abstract: The oral trial requires the oral expression skill. The same one includes the oratory, the rhetoric, the body language, and the nonverbal signs. The Oral and Written Communication course was carried on in San José, San Ramón de Alajuela, Heredia, Cartago, and Limón with 100 Litigant Lawyers and 50 Judges who are men and women from 35 to 55 years old. The result was affected by the lack of training within the case’s theory, the incoherent argument, the improvised defense statement, the lack of oratory, the rhetoric, and the inappropriate control of body language. It was demonstrated that these aspects are the responsibility of the university’s training, so they are a lack in the curriculum vitae.
