| Abstract: | El presente trabajo pretende analizar el sistema oral en la práctica procesal, para ello se parte de la oralidad como medio de comunicación y se presenta brevemente su evolución histórica. La oralidad debe ser considerada como el paradigma actual en la práctica del derecho, debido a la urgencia por agilizar la administración de la justicia. Este breve trabajo consulta fuentes jurídicas y doctrinarias. Abstract: This work would analyze the oral system within the procedural practice. For this objective, we initiate from the orality as a communicative way and we present its brief historical evolution. The orality should be considered as the current paradigm within Law’s practice due to the urgency to speed up the Justice’s administration. Legal and doctrinaire sources are consul-ted on this brief work. |
